Edificio Reforma 90, Modern residential tower on Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City.
Edificio Reforma 90 is a modern residential tower along Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City, standing 151 meters tall with 40 floors. The structure contains 67,000 square meters of residential space distributed across multiple floor configurations.
The site previously housed Cinema Paris before construction began in 2007 during Mayor Marcelo Ebrard's administration. This transformation marked the shift from a cultural venue to a modern residential complex.
The building displays dark granite facades and spacious double-height lofts that shape its interior character and openness. These architectural features define its presence and create a distinctive residential identity along Paseo de la Reforma.
The building features five underground levels for parking and is equipped with seismic dampers to minimize earthquake risks. The foundation rests on 48 concrete piles extending deep underground to ensure maximum stability.
The building uses a B3 lighting control system also found in Torre Mayor and World Trade Center Mexico. This advanced illumination system allows precise control of interior lighting for comfort and energy savings.
