Leonora Carrington House Museum

The Leonora Carrington House Museum is a three-story mansion in Roma Norte that holds more than 8,000 objects from the British surrealist painter's life and work. The rooms contain her paintings, sculptures, furniture, and personal belongings that show how she lived and created.

The residence served as Carrington's home for over 60 years before being purchased by the Metropolitan Autonomous University after her death to preserve her artistic legacy. The university transformed it into a research and documentation center focused on her life and contributions to surrealism.
