St. Mark's Lutheran Church is a Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod congregation whose brick church stands on the east side of County Road 83 in Elberta, Alabama. The congregation was formed in 1908 by Reverend W. C. Kohn of Chicago, and the present church building was constructed in 1927.

The building was completed in 1927 and earned recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. This recognition reflects its importance to regional history and architecture.

Services were held in German from the congregation's founding in 1908 until 1977, reflecting the German immigrant origins of Elberta's first settlers. Reverend W. C. Kohn of Chicago formed the congregation that year.
