Nannie Lee House, Queen Anne style residence in Melbourne, Florida.

The Nannie Lee House at 1218 East New Haven Avenue is a two-story Queen Anne style home built in 1905, with an asymmetrical facade, overhanging eaves and front-facing gables. John B. Lee and Nannie McBride Lee of Albion, New York, had it built; their adopted granddaughter Lily Tidwell inherited it in 1929.

The house was built in 1905 by John B. Lee and Nannie McBride Lee as their family residence. In 1929, ownership transferred to their adopted granddaughter Lily Tidwell.

The house operated as The Strawberry Mansion restaurant from 1981 until 2007, becoming a gathering place for the community. During those decades, the restaurant helped shape the local dining culture of Melbourne.

The building is easily viewable from the street and clearly displays its historic architectural style despite interior modifications. Visitors should note that this is a private residence and can only be viewed from the exterior.

The building was sold in 2010, and the buyer DiGiacinto turned it into a food business called "The Mansion of Melbourne" in 2011. Local urban legend calls the house haunted, though no documentation supports the claim.
