Founded in 1978 as the Brevard Art Museum, the institution received a significant expansion in 1986 that tripled its exhibition space to five galleries.
The museum maintains the largest collection of works by German artist Ernst Oppler, featuring pieces created between 1897 and 1929.
Located at 1463 Highland Avenue, the museum provides educational programs, workshops, and guided tours for visitors throughout the year.
The permanent collection includes the Enrique Conill Mendoza Collection of American Industrial Design, representing significant developments in manufacturing history.
