DeBary Hall, Historic hunting estate in DeBary, Florida, US.

The 8,000-square-foot main house stands on 10 acres of land, featuring original structures including stables and outbuildings from the 1870s.

Frederick deBary, a German-born wine merchant, constructed this winter retreat in 1871, establishing it as the oldest remaining building in southwest Volusia County.

Presidents Grant and Cleveland, European nobility, and prominent families like the Vanderbilts gathered at this estate for social events and hunting expeditions.

The estate at 198 Sunrise Boulevard offers guided tours, educational programs, and rental spaces for events in a Victorian-era setting.

The property contained Florida's first spring-fed swimming pool, which required daily filling and draining through a specialized pump system.
