Murray Hill Theatre is a Christian music venue in Jacksonville's Murray Hill neighbourhood, run by an independent 501(c) non-profit not tied to any church or denomination. It occupies the building of a west side movie theatre that opened in 1949, and has operated as a live music venue since 1995.

Murray Hill Theatre opened in 1949 as a west side movie theater, with Mayor W. Haydon Burns attending the opening gala and Red River as the first film shown. In 1994 it became an industrial goth club called The Dungeon. Tony Nasrallah bought it in 1995 and turned it into a Christian nightclub, partly to help revive a Murray Hill neighborhood then facing rising crime and low property values.

The venue is run by Murray Hill Ministries and is not tied to any church or denomination. Its annual calendar includes a City-Wide Prom, a Swing Night, an anniversary show and the Scream the Prayer Tour. Vagabond Coffee opened in 2015 in the former Murray Hill Theatre Cafe space, which the ministry still owns.

The venue sits in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville and is accessible on foot. Visitors can purchase tickets in advance online or at the entrance on the day of an event.
