The Old Seminary Building is a two-story brick building erected in 1855 in Lawrenceville in the Greek Revival and Federal styles. It measures 36 by 51 feet (11 by 16 metres) in plan, and both floors have 12-foot (3.7-metre) ceilings. It was built as a school and later served as a Masonic lodge.

Built in 1855 in Greek Revival and Federal style, the building was originally constructed as a school. Lawrenceville Lodge No. 131 Free and Accepted Masons then used its second story for meetings for more than a century. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.

The building is also known as the Lawrenceville Female Seminary Building and the Old Masonic Lodge. Lawrenceville Lodge No. 131 Free and Accepted Masons met on the second floor for more than a century, a use that followed its years as a school.

The building stands at 36 by 51 feet (11 by 16 m) in plan, with two floors under 12-foot (3.7 m) ceilings. It later housed the Gwinnett History Museum and was open by appointment through the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center, so check current access before visiting.
