Lagunitas Brewing Company, Craft brewery in Petaluma, California, US
Lagunitas Brewing Company runs a large production facility with several buildings where hop-forward beers and special releases are brewed year-round. The site includes brew kettles, fermentation and storage tanks, plus an attached taproom with outdoor seating.
Tony Magee founded the brewery in 1993 in the rural community of Lagunitas and later moved it to Petaluma to meet growing production demands. The relocation allowed expansion of capacity and development of new beer recipes.
The brewery maintains strong connections with local artists and musicians, hosting regular events that combine beer tasting with live performances at their taproom.
Visitors can join guided tours through the brewing facility and sample freshly tapped beer in the taproom, where merchandise is also available. Outdoor areas offer seating and occasional events with local musicians take place.
The brewery developed Hi-Fi Hops, a sparkling water infused with THC and CBD, representing an expansion into cannabis-based products. This beverage is distributed in selected regions where such products are legally permitted.
