Pioneer Stadium is a soccer and track-and-field venue on the campus of California State University East Bay in Hayward, California. The field has a synthetic turf surface, and the bleachers run along the eastern side, facing toward the San Francisco Bay.

Pioneer Stadium hosted the Cal State Hayward Pioneers football team, whose 1969 squad went 9–1; the program was dropped in 1993 over financial issues and poor attendance. In 1980 the Golden Gate Gales of the American Soccer League played here, and in 2010 FC Gold Pride of Women's Professional Soccer used it before folding that November. In April 2023, with Laney College Stadium's field unusable, Oakland Roots SC moved USL Championship matches here, including an April 4 US Open Cup game against El Farolito, and on May 1 announced it as their full-time home for the season.

Pioneer Stadium is owned and operated by California State University, East Bay, and hosts the East Bay Pioneers soccer and track and field teams. Since 2016 it has also been the home ground of the East Bay FC Stompers of the National Premier Soccer League. The stadium sits at the corner of Carlos Bee Boulevard and West Loop Road.

The stadium is reached by the CSUEB Shuttle or AC Transit route 60, both running from Hayward BART Station to a stop at Carlos Bee Blvd. and W. Loop Road, next to the venue. Plan for that stop rather than driving onto campus.

The Oakland Roots SC professional soccer club used Pioneer Stadium as their main ground for the 2023 USL Championship season after leaving Laney College. Before that, FC Gold Pride, a professional women's team, had also played here for a time.
