Hillside Elementary School

Hillside Elementary School is a school building in Berkeley located on Le Roy Avenue between Buena Vista Way and La Loma Avenue. The property includes a neighborhood playground and pedestrian paths that connect to surrounding areas.

The original building from 1901 was destroyed in the 1923 Berkeley fire. The current structure was designed and built by architect Walter H. Ratcliff in 1925.
