Brattain–Hadley House, Historic house in Springfield, Oregon.

The Brattain-Hadley House exhibits architectural features characteristic of Queen Anne style, including asymmetrical facades and elaborate wooden details throughout the structure.

Built in 1893 on Paul Brattain's original 160-acre land claim, the residence remained within the family until the 1940s when Paul Hadley became its last occupant.

The residence illustrates the architectural preferences of established families in Oregon during the late nineteenth century, reflecting the period's residential design standards.

The former location of the Brattain-Hadley House at 1260 Main Street in Springfield served as a reference point for local architectural heritage until 2012.

The structure, designed by architect John B. Innis, maintained its place on the National Register of Historic Places from September 1995 until its removal in May 2012.
