Tree Farm

Tree Farm is a six-story commercial building with a bright blue facade in Portland's Central Eastside. The exterior walls display 56 strawberry trees suspended in steel planters, creating a distinctive appearance along the building's surfaces.

Completed in 2020, this building was developed by Guerrilla Development as part of Portland's urban revitalization effort. It emerged during a period when the city was expanding creative office spaces for small businesses and startups.

The building represents Portland's architectural evolution by integrating natural elements into commercial spaces while maintaining functional office environments.

The building sits near Morrison Bridge with ground-level retail spaces and office rooms spread across five upper floors. This layout accommodates different types of businesses and activities under one structure.

The building encountered financial challenges during the pandemic, leading to a foreclosure and auction in 2024 with an occupancy rate of 39.35 percent.
