Zhuhai St. Regis Hotel & Office Tower, Mixed-use skyscraper in Shizimen Central Business District, China
The 328-meter-tall structure contains 67 floors of office spaces and hotel accommodations within its glass and steel construction.
The Huafa Group commissioned architecture firm RMJM to design this landmark building, which opened its doors in October 2018.
The building design draws inspiration from the regional rock formations along the coast of Zhuhai and its connection to water.
The tower incorporates 484,512 square meters of space above ground, featuring a 250-room St. Regis Hotel and Grade A offices.
The structure implements natural ventilation systems through 18-22 meter wide office spaces and specific orientation techniques for energy efficiency.
