1670 Broadway is a 36-story glass office tower in Downtown Denver, Colorado, built in the modern architectural style. A four-story podium at its base contains retail spaces and shared areas that open onto the street.

Construction began in 1977 and the tower was completed in 1980 as Amoco Tower, with 36 floors and a height of 448 feet (137 m). Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed it. UBS bought the building in 1990, and in August 2018 Korean asset manager Hana Financial Group acquired it for $238 million.

The tower sits at the heart of Denver's financial district, where workers and passersby move through the ground-floor shops as part of their daily routines. The street-level activity gives this part of Broadway a working rhythm that feels connected to the city around it.

The building's top now carries the TIAA-CREF symbol, after that company became one of its largest tenants in 2006. In August 2018 the Korean asset manager Hana Financial Group bought the tower for $238 million, financed partly by $78 million in CMBS and $64.8 million in mezzanine loans from UBS.
