The Denver Energy Center is an office complex of two towers at 1625 and 1675 Broadway in Denver. Denver Energy Center I, completed in 1979, is 99 m tall with 28 floors; Denver Energy Center II, completed in 1980, is 109 m tall with 29 floors. The two Class A LEED Gold buildings together have 785,549 square feet.

Denver Energy Center I was completed in 1979 at 1625 Broadway, and Tower II followed in 1980 at 1675 Broadway. The complex was formerly known as the Denver World Trade Center, a name it lost when that organization moved to another Denver location. In April 2013 Gemini Rosemont bought the property for $176 million; a JP Morgan Chase affiliate took it at a June 2022 foreclosure auction for $88.2 million, and Luzzatto Company bought it in September 2025 for $5.3 million, planning at least 1,200 apartments.

The name Denver World Trade Center was dropped after the trade organization moved to another Denver location, and the towers are now branded Denver Energy Center. The complex at 1625 and 1675 Broadway was sold at a foreclosure auction in June 2022 for $88.2 million to a JP Morgan Chase affiliate, which had also been the lender on the 785,549-square-foot property.

The two towers stand at 1625 and 1675 Broadway in downtown Denver, a short walk from the Colorado Convention Center and several bus and light rail stops. The buildings are offices, not public attractions, so visits depend on the tenants and any conversion work. Luzzatto Company plans to turn both towers into at least 1,200 apartments.

The complex lost the World Trade Center name after that organization moved elsewhere in Denver. In September 2025 it sold at auction for $5.3 million, about 3% of its 2013 price of $176 million, and the buyer, Luzzatto Company, plans to convert the two buildings into at least 1,200 apartments.
