Located at College Avenue and Broad Street, this complex spans 82,000 square feet and contains four sound stages for film and television production.
Originally built as Saskatchewan Normal School in 1913, the building served as a teacher training facility before becoming a military training center during World War II.
The studios contribute to Saskatchewan's entertainment sector by providing facilities for both regional productions and international filming projects throughout the year.
The facility maintains four sound stages ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 square feet, equipped with carpentry workshops, makeup rooms, and wardrobe departments.
Creative Saskatchewan currently manages this former educational institution, which underwent complete internal reconstruction in 2002 to accommodate modern production requirements.
