Leadership Square is a glass-and-steel office complex in downtown Oklahoma City completed in 1984. One Leadership Square, the north tower, rises 22 stories to 285 feet, while Two Leadership Square, the south tower, reaches 16 stories and 224 feet. A four-story atrium links the two towers, and the complex holds 782,315 square feet on a 2.24-acre lot.

The complex was built in the 1980s as one of the major construction projects in Oklahoma City during that era. Its completion represented significant investment in downtown development at that time.

The east plaza holds Alexander Liberman's "Galaxy", a 14-ton steel sculpture 45 feet tall, dedicated in 1985. Art advisor Sharon Corgan Leeber commissioned it from Liberman for Leadership Properties, Inc. The work stands beside the towers as a piece of public art in downtown Oklahoma City.

The complex is easily accessible from street level and visitors can explore different areas throughout the building. The underground passage connects this location to other downtown destinations.

The towers host an annual stair-climbing event where participants run up and down multiple floors as a physical challenge. This gathering attracts people from around the region seeking a unique athletic test.
