Art Deco Lofts and Apartments is a residential conversion in downtown Tulsa featuring gray Bedford limestone walls and steel-framed windows throughout. The structure displays geometric Zig-Zag styling with ground floor windows designed in a Gothic-inspired manner.

The building was constructed in 1929 as the headquarters for the Public Service Company of Oklahoma by architects Arthur M. Atkinson and Joseph R. Koberling Jr. The structure later underwent renovation and conversion into residential apartments.
