The Art Deco Lofts and Apartments features gray Bedford limestone exterior walls, steel-framed windows, and Gothic-inspired ground floor display windows.
Originally constructed in 1929 as the Public Service Company of Oklahoma headquarters, the building was designed by architects Arthur M. Atkinson and Joseph R. Koberling Jr.
The structure represents a significant example of Zig Zag architectural design and received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
The building contains 37 residential units ranging from 500 to 1,150 square feet, offering various floor plans for different living requirements.
The building underwent a complete transformation from an electric utility headquarters to luxury apartments, opening its doors to residents in 2016.
