Our Lady of Grace Cathedral

Our Lady of Grace Cathedral is a Maronite place of worship located in Nicosia's old town, where the structure blends Eastern and Western architectural styles. The building stands within the historic city walls near Paphos Gate on St. Maron Street.

The cathedral was established in 1960, succeeding an earlier Maronite church called Santa Croce that had been run by the Franciscan order. This new building marked an important moment in the reorganization of Maronite religious life in the city.

The space serves as a living center for Maronite Catholic worship, where visitors can observe ceremonies and prayers that follow Eastern Christian traditions. The community gathers regularly here to maintain its distinct religious identity within the city.
