Tower 25

Tower 25 is a modern office and residential building in central Nicosia standing 67 meters tall with perforated white walls featuring geometric patterns. The south facade showcases vegetation-filled balconies, while the ground level houses retail spaces and upper floors combine office and residential uses.

The building was completed in 2013 near the medieval Venetian fortifications of Nicosia and Eleftheria Square. Its construction marked a modern development phase in a historically significant city center.

The building incorporates indoor-outdoor spaces with loggias and extensive balconies that reflect how people in this region live with the Mediterranean climate. These design choices show how contemporary construction responds to local living habits.

The building offers three parking levels and ground-floor retail spaces for convenient shopping and access. Visitors and residents benefit from the central location with easy connections to nearby city amenities.

The south facade employs a natural temperature control system where growing plants shield apartments from summer heat while allowing winter sunlight to penetrate. This vegetation layer acts as a seasonal thermal regulator without mechanical systems.
