The BDC Building rises 91.5 meters with 22 floors at the intersection of Main Street West and MacNab Street South in Hamilton.

The structure opened in 1972 as the IBM Building before becoming the headquarters for the Business Development Bank of Canada operations in Ontario.

The building represents a central point for Canadian entrepreneurship, providing financial support and advisory services to local business owners throughout the region.

The structure contains four passenger elevators plus an additional elevator serving the parking garage for efficient vertical transportation throughout the 22 floors.

This financial center ranks as the sixth tallest building in Hamilton, serving as a regional hub for the government-owned Business Development Bank of Canada.
