Gobba di Rollin, Mountain summit at Italy-Switzerland border, Valais.
Gobba di Rollin reaches an elevation of 3,899 meters, featuring extensive ice coverage and a notably flat summit area in the Pennine Alps region.
Three members of the Aosta Valley Land Rover Club set a European record by reaching the summit at 3,900 meters in their vehicles in August 2000.
The mountain houses Europe's highest ski lift, connecting to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise ski area and attracting winter sports participants from multiple countries.
Access to the summit is available through the Klein Matterhorn station at 3,820 meters, with skiing routes across the Theodul Glacier during winter seasons.
The mountain combines two glacial formations: the Theodul Glacier on its northern face and the Verraz Glacier on its eastern slope.
