Kingswood Villas

Kingswood Villas is a large residential complex in Tin Shui Wai comprising 58 buildings with around 15,880 apartments. The development unfolds across six construction phases, each with its own architectural style and layout patterns.

The first residents arrived at the complex beginning in December 1991, with Cheung Kong Holdings as the developer behind the project. This was part of a major expansion of housing capacity across Hong Kong.

The property represents the evolution of Hong Kong's residential planning by combining high-rise apartment living with integrated community facilities and green spaces.

The complex sits about 12 minutes walking from the nearest MTR station, making it reasonably accessible by public transport. It provides residents with over 2,300 parking spaces, a clubhouse, swimming pool, and sports facilities on-site.

The development is divided into six separate courts named Kenswood, Locwood, Maywood, Chestwood, Lynwood, and Sherwood. Each court operates as its own neighborhood hub with distinct boundaries and identity.
