Olympian City, Shopping and residential complex in Yau Tsim Mong District, Hong Kong.
Olympian City is a large mixed-use development in Yau Tsim Mong District combining three interconnected shopping centers with residential towers above. The complex houses hundreds of retail shops, dining venues, and office spaces linked together through both underground and ground-level walkways.
Construction of the complex began in the late 1990s and continued across multiple phases before completion in the 2010s. During its development, the site transformed from previous industrial use into one of Hong Kong's major shopping and residential hubs.
The complex hosted The Street Market Symphony exhibition in 2012, displaying multimedia installations that represented traditional Hong Kong market designs.
The complex sits directly next to the MTR Olympic station, making it easily accessible by public transport. Since the site is spread across multiple buildings, it helps to spend time exploring or planning which sections interest you most.
Four separate residential estates sit above the shopping areas, each with its own distinct character and community feel. This arrangement effectively creates a mini-neighborhood within the larger complex, with diverse housing options for different residents.
