Ma Bufang Mansion, Historical museum in Chengdong District, China.
The mansion features 290 rooms spread across 6,000 square meters of building area within a 30,000-square-meter property in Xining city center.
Built between 1942 and 1943, this residence belonged to Ma Bufang, a Chinese Muslim military leader who commanded the region until 1949.
The interior displays numerous portraits of Sun Yat-sen and flags of the Kuomintang party, representing the political alignment of the Ma family.
The mansion, designated as a 4A tourist spot, welcomes visitors daily with guided tours explaining the architectural and historical elements.
The building combines Chinese architectural elements with Western influences, containing artifacts and exhibits documenting the Ma Clique regional control.
