The Grandville

The Grandville is a residential complex with five apartment towers and one low-rise house building positioned along Lok Kwai Path in the Fo Tan area. The structures are organized around landscaped grounds with pathways connecting different sections of the estate.

The project was developed and completed in 2006 by a partnership of Nam Fung Group, Wing Tai Asia, and Winsor Properties Holdings Limited. This represented a significant residential investment in the Fo Tan area during that development period.

The residential complex integrates modern living standards with local Hong Kong residential patterns through its mix of tower apartments and single house options.

The complex is situated about 800 meters (2,600 feet) from Fo Tan MTR Station with connections via bus route 88X and minibus route 62K. Public transportation makes it straightforward to reach the area and explore the surrounding neighborhoods.

The estate includes both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse equipped with exercise machines for residents. These facilities create dedicated spaces for recreation and leisure within the residential grounds.
