Seaview Crescent, Residential estate in Tung Chung, Hong Kong.

Seaview Crescent is a private residential estate at 8 Tung Chung Waterfront Road, above Tung Chung MTR station. Its four towers rise 53 to 55 storeys in a single row, with pale facades of evenly spaced windows and balconies, flat roofs and small mechanical housings. The towers stand behind trees and low greenery.

Seaview Crescent was developed jointly by MTR Corporation, New World Development, Henderson Land, Swire Properties, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hang Lung Properties, with Wong Heung Hong Architects Limited as architect. It was completed and occupied in March 2002. The plan originally called for five towers, but after cavities were found in the site, it was reduced to four.

The name Seaview Crescent refers to the estate's position on Tung Chung Waterfront Road, facing the sea. Its shopping mall, about 26,000 square feet, was managed by Swire Properties and housed restaurants, estate agencies and a veterinary centre; in 2009 it and 59 parking spaces sold for HK$138 million, and in 2016 changed hands for about HK$400 million.

The estate is close to the MTR station, making it easy to reach by foot and connect to other parts of the city. The complex offers swimming pools, sports facilities, and recreational areas for residents.

The estate was first planned with five towers, but a cave problem on the site led to a redesign with four. The towers are numbered 1, 2, 3 and 5, so no Tower 4 exists. The clubhouse has an outdoor pool, tennis and squash courts, a gym, a snooker room and table tennis.
