China Resources Building

China Resources Building is a modern office complex with an integrated hotel in Wan Chai, comprising two connected towers that rise above the street. The structure combines business spaces with the St. Regis Hotel and extends across multiple levels both above and below ground.

The site was granted to China Resources Group by the Hong Kong government in 1979, with construction completed in 1983. This development was part of the growth that shaped northern Wan Chai at that time.
