Fong Yuen Study Hall, Traditional study hall in Ma Wan, Hong Kong

Fong Yuen Study Hall is a two-story rectangular building in Ma Wan with a mix of Chinese and Western architectural styles. The structure features brick walls with an arched entrance and a garden area surrounding the complex.

Fong Yuen Study Hall was built in the 1920s and served as Ma Wan's only school until it closed in 2003. In 1956, the Ma Wan Public Fong Yuen School was added to its west to accommodate growing student numbers, with the old building called Tai Fong Yuen and the new one Siu Fong Yuen. It was graded a Grade III historic building in 2010.

The name Fong Yuen means "fragrant garden". The former school was nicknamed "Big Fong Yuen" after the 1956 Ma Wan Public Fong Yuen School opened to its west and was called "Little Fong Yuen". The 2013 museum displayed fishing boat models and Tin Hau Festival flower cannons, and visitors could replay old classroom scenes through interactive games.

The study hall stands in Tin Liu Village on Ma Wan, reached by ferry from Tsuen Wan or Central; the site is a walk from the island's ferry pier. The building reopened in 2025 as the Hong Kong Boys' Brigade's "Chung Hok Fong" STEM learning centre, so access depends on the operator's opening arrangements. The two-storey hall has a garden and arched entrance at ground level.

The school drew pupils from as far as Yam O, who crossed the water by small boat to attend lessons, since land transport on Ma Wan was poor. After the 1956 opening of the Ma Wan Public Fong Yuen School to the west, the old building was nicknamed Big Fong Yuen and the new one Little Fong Yuen.
