Bläsiberg, Organic estate in Tübingen, Germany
The Bläsiberg estate sits on a hillside above Steinlachtal valley, containing both residential areas and agricultural land with fruit orchards and farming facilities.
In the late 11th century, Liutold von Achalm gifted a chapel dedicated to Saint Blasius to Zwiefalten monastery, establishing the first structures at Bläsiberg.
The estate maintains biodynamic agricultural traditions through Demeter certification, producing organic fruits and vegetables for the local community since 1997.
The farm shop opens Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, offering fresh produce and organic products.
The estate delivers customizable organic produce boxes through their BioPro subscription service to residents in Tübingen, Reutlingen, and Rottenburg regions.
