Bläsiberg, Organic estate in Tübingen, Germany
Bläsiberg is an organic farm on a hillside above Steinlachtal valley with fruit orchards, cropland, and residential areas. The property combines agricultural production with direct sales to visitors and subscribers.
This location traces back to the 11th century when Liutold von Achalm dedicated a chapel to Saint Blasius and donated it to Zwiefalten monastery. That religious gift shaped the area's early settlement.
The estate maintains biodynamic agricultural traditions through Demeter certification, producing organic fruits and vegetables for the local community since 1997.
The farm shop opens Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, selling fresh produce and organic products. Visitors can also order customized subscription boxes for regular home delivery.
The farm operates under Demeter certification, which requires stricter practices than standard organic farming. This approach has guided production for more than 25 years.
