St. Michael, Roman Catholic church in Siegen, Germany.
The St. Michael church features two 57-meter tall towers and follows the architectural pattern of a three-nave Romanesque basilica with distinct stone masonry.
The church, designed by Dortmund architect Johannes Franziskus Klomp, was constructed between 1903 and 1906, with its consecration taking place on January 7, 1906.
The baptistery contains a war memorial created by sculptor Karl Baur, while the interior displays paintings by A. W. Ballin and a Christ figure by Bernd Terhorst.
The church welcomes visitors Monday evenings from 17:00 to 18:30 and Tuesday through Friday mornings from 09:00 to 11:00, except for Thursdays.
The church houses two organs: a main instrument from 1912 with 27 registers renovated in 1971, and a separate organ in the crypt installed in 1983.
