Wildparadies Tripsdrill

Wildparadies Tripsdrill is a wildlife park spanning about 47 hectares where roughly 60 animal species live in natural habitats. The grounds sit nestled within the forest of the Stromberg-Heuchelberg Nature Park, offering spacious, structured environments for the animals to thrive.

The park was established in 1972 as a separate facility alongside the adjacent Tripsdrill Adventure Park. From its beginning, the focus has been on European wildlife and their conservation.

The park showcases regional animals through daily feeding times and flight shows featuring native bird species. Visitors can observe how these creatures interact and live within their natural surroundings.

The park opens daily from 9:00 to 18:00, including holidays, and features a clear path system for exploration. A shuttle bus connects the site hourly with the adjacent adventure park.

Visitors can stay overnight in treehouses and shepherd wagons located near the enclosures, allowing for deep nature observation. This lodging option creates a rare chance to experience the park's nocturnal moments.
