The Leine-Center Laatzen spans approximately 39,000 square meters of retail space housing over 80 stores offering fashion, electronics, groceries, and various services in a modern commercial environment.

Officially opened on November 8, 1973, this shopping center has served as one of the longest-standing retail destinations in the Hannover region for more than five decades.

The center functions as a local community hub where residents gather for daily shopping, seasonal events, and social activities that strengthen neighborhood connections and community bonds.

Operating Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the center provides 1,400 car parking spaces and 100 bicycle racks with complete wheelchair accessibility throughout.

Following a major 2011 expansion that added 14,000 additional square meters, the center employs approximately 850 staff members and attracts around 19,100 daily visitors.
