Porsche Design Tower, Office tower in Pragsattel, Stuttgart, Germany
The Porsche Design Tower is a 25-story high-rise of glass and steel located in the Feuerbach district of Stuttgart. It contains a hotel with 168 rooms, office space for Porsche Consulting, and underground parking for 134 vehicles.
Construction started in March 2020 after ground decontamination and was completed in mid-2023. The building became Stuttgart's tallest office structure upon completion.
The restaurant on the tenth floor welcomes diners with views across Stuttgart. The combination of office space with hotel rooms creates a mixed-use setting where work and leisure coexist in the same building.
The tower sits at a major traffic intersection and is easy to reach by public transport. Visiting the restaurant requires no special planning and offers tables with window views.
The building was constructed on a previously contaminated site that had been unusable. This transformation shows how a neglected urban area became productive space again.
