The Parkschule Weimar occupies a four-story building constructed from tuffstone with sandstone cornices, featuring 24 classrooms across 5,182 square meters of space.
Built between 1886 and 1888 as the Bürgerschule Weimar, the building suffered damage from an aerial mine in 1945 and was restored to its original state by 1950.
The school focuses on three core values: living together, working together, and preparing for the future together through various educational programs and activities.
Students can access foreign language education in English, French, and Russian, while participating in mathematics competitions and technology-focused academic challenges.
Following a 9.3 million euro renovation completed in 2019, the school reopened in 2021 as a modern educational facility within its historical Renaissance Revival architecture.
