Cime Guilié, Mountain summit in Piedmont, Italy.

The Cime Guilié rises to an elevation of 2,999 meters at the border between France and Italy in the Mercantour-Argentera massif range.

The mountain peak has recorded numerous climbing expeditions since the early 20th century, with documented ascents contributing to alpinism development in the region.

Local mountaineering groups regularly organize guided tours to Cime Guilié, teaching traditional Alpine climbing techniques to new generations of climbers.

The 11.4-kilometer hiking trail to reach the summit requires proper equipment, including sturdy boots, weather-appropriate clothing, and sufficient water supplies.

The mountain features two distinct ascent routes: the summer hiking path through Vallon de l'Erps and the winter ski touring circuit via Vallon de Sangué.
