Hôtel Prince de Galles, Five-star hotel in the 8th arrondissement, Paris, France.

The Hôtel Prince de Galles features 159 rooms and suites designed in the Art Deco architectural style with contemporary furnishings, a spa, a fitness center, and several dining venues including the Michelin-starred restaurant Akira Back.

Opened in August 1929 and designed by architect André Arfvidson, the hotel was built using stones from the Chaillot quarries that also supplied material for the Arc de Triomphe, and was named to honor Edward, Prince of Wales, who later became King Edward VIII.

Since its opening, the hotel has hosted numerous celebrated guests including Winston Churchill, Marlene Dietrich, Elvis Presley, Dalida, and Andre Agassi, establishing its reputation as a preferred destination for international celebrities and dignitaries visiting Paris.

Located at 33 Avenue George V near the Champs-Élysées, the hotel provides 24-hour fitness facilities, meeting rooms that accommodate up to 200 people, high-speed internet access, and concierge services for exploring nearby luxury shopping and cultural attractions.

The 180-square-meter (1,940-square-foot) Lalique Suite includes a 100-square-meter (1,080-square-foot) terrace and features custom crystal decorations created in collaboration with the French crystal manufacturer Lalique, unveiled in 2019 after extensive renovations.
