The building was originally a brewery from the 18th century that operated until 1934. After decades of use, it was transformed into a cultural center in 2004.
The name refers to the Moulins neighborhood where it sits and whose residents it actively engages. The space serves as a meeting point where local artists and visitors come together to experience performances and shows.
Exhibitions are open Wednesday through Sunday from 2 PM to 7 PM, while the office is reachable Tuesday through Friday. A café inside the building provides a place to rest and enjoy refreshments during your visit.
Inside the building sits a digital gallery containing over 3,500 artworks that you can browse online. This collection allows people to discover the works from home as well.
