Batumi Stadium is a football ground in Batumi, Adjara, with 20,035 seats and a UEFA Category 4 rating. It was designed by the Turkish firm Bahadır Kul Architecture and built by the Georgian company Anagi between January 2018 and July 2020. Its exterior is made of overlapping panels that can be lit at night.

Construction ran from January 2018 to July 2020, designed by the Turkish firm Bahadır Kul Architecture and built by the Georgian company Anagi at a cost of about 141 million Georgian Lari. The inauguration, delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, was held on 27 October 2020 with Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia attending. The first match followed on 21 November 2020, Dinamo Batumi against Dila.

The exterior panels display patterns inspired by the Georgian Khorumi dance, bringing local traditions into the modern building's design.

The stadium stands in Batumi, Adjara, and is a UEFA Category 4 venue, so it hosts top-tier fixtures such as FC Dinamo Batumi home games and occasional Georgian national team matches. Check the fixture list before travelling, since the ground is not open to visitors on non-match days.

The first match at the stadium was played on 21 November 2020, when Dinamo Batumi met Dila. On 10 July 2022 the Georgian rugby team beat Italy 28–19 here, the country's first win over a top-tier rugby nation.
