Feyzoul Mosque, Ottoman mosque in Arta, Greece.
The Feyzoul Mosque displays traditional Ottoman architectural elements with a square prayer hall measuring 6.40 meters on each side.
Built in the 15th century during the Ottoman rule, the mosque's minaret sustained damage in the 1897 Greek-Turkish war and collapsed completely in 1917.
The mosque remained under Ottoman Emin Bey's administration until 1941, when it received recognition as an archaeological site in 1962.
Located at the intersection of Arachthou and Katsantoni streets, the mosque stands near the church of Agia Theodora in central Arta.
The tomb of Suleiman Mustafa, the flag bearer of Faik Pasha who was the first Ottoman commander of Arta, lies within the mosque grounds.
