Veliko jezero

Veliko jezero is a lake in Lika-Senj County, Croatia, surrounded by forested banks and rocky limestone formations that rise from its shores. The water is clear and deep, creating a setting where visitors can see far into the water while taking in the natural landscape.

The lake formed through natural geological processes in the karst landscape and has been used by local communities over generations as a water source and resource. Its name reflects its size relative to other lakes in the region.
