Rudas Baths, Ottoman thermal bath and spa in District I, Budapest, Hungary.

The Rudas complex features multiple thermal pools with temperatures ranging from 28°C to 42°C, including a central octagonal pool under a domed ceiling.

Built in 1550 during the Ottoman Empire rule, the bathhouse maintains its original Turkish architecture with detailed stone carvings and traditional bathing chambers.

The bath follows traditional gender-separated schedules during weekdays, reflecting centuries-old Hungarian bathing customs, while weekends welcome mixed bathing sessions.

The facility operates daily from 6 AM to 8 PM, offering wellness treatments, medical services, and a rooftop pool with panoramic views of Budapest.

The central bathing hall contains eight supporting columns and a 10-meter-diameter dome with colored glass inserts that filter natural light into the space.
