The Transfiguration Church is a single-nave Serbian Orthodox church in Szentendre, built from 1741 to 1746. Its west facade, made of stone and mortar, shows a transitional style between baroque and classicism. A bell tower was added above the church in 1777–1778.

The church was built between 1741 and 1746 when Serbian families migrated to Hungary and established their own places of worship. It stands as a significant landmark of that migration and the Orthodox community's settlement.

The church reflects the religious practice of the Serbian community that has worshipped here for generations. The iconostasis and liturgical objects inside show how Orthodox tradition continues to live in this Hungarian town.

The church interior is not open for regular visits: the Museum of the Eparchy of Buda housed here opens only around the Feast of the Transfiguration in August. Plan a visit for that period; at other times the west facade, in stone and mortar, can be seen from the street in central Szentendre.
