KHCAA Golden Jubilee Chamber Complex, Legal chambers complex in Kochi, India.
The KHCAA Golden Jubilee Chamber Complex is a ten-story building in Kochi featuring two prominent fins on its eastern and western sides. Inside, it houses 540 independent chambers for legal professionals, parking for 38 vehicles, a conference hall, two banks with ATMs, and a reference library equipped with computer access.
The foundation stone was laid in November 2008, followed by the installation of 120 reinforced concrete piles to support the structure. This project marked an important development in legal infrastructure for the city.
The southern side displays design elements inspired by a lawyer's collar and band, reflecting the building's relationship with the legal profession in this state.
The building is organized into two elevator zones for easy access to all ten floors. The facility is fully equipped with modern network infrastructure to support continuous operations.
The structure was among Kerala's first buildings to offer complete fiber optic connectivity directly into individual spaces. This represented a significant leap forward in digital infrastructure at the time.
