Rabindra Sarobar Stadium

Rabindra Sarobar Stadium is a multi-purpose sports facility in Lake Gardens with a grass field and tiered seating for around 26,000 spectators. The venue hosts football matches, track and field events, and various other sporting competitions.

The stadium opened in 1961 under the West Bengal government as a modern sports center for Kolkata and the surrounding region. Since its founding, it has developed into an important venue for football and athletic events.
