Maninagar is an electoral district in Ahmedabad covering multiple wards of the city's municipal corporation. It represents a population of more than 277,000 registered voters across this portion of western Ahmedabad.
The constituency gained national attention when Narendra Modi left his position to become Prime Minister of India in 2014. Since then, it has continued to participate in regular elections with various candidates.
