Adventure Park, Kollam

Adventure Park is an urban park in Kollam next to the Ashtamudi backwaters, featuring walking paths, recreational areas, and a boat club for water activities. The grounds spread across 48 acres with spaces for relaxation and outdoor movement.

The park opened in 1980 as a municipal project to create a recreational space in central Kollam. Over time, it developed into an important leisure destination for residents and visitors.

Sculptures by local and regional artists are scattered throughout the grounds, creating spaces where visitors encounter different artistic expressions while walking.

The park is open daily and offers visitors easy-to-follow paths throughout the grounds. For water activities, bring proper footwear and sun protection.

The grounds feature Kerala's first open-air fitness facility with metal exercise equipment installed throughout. Visitors can also explore a protected mangrove forest that serves as a habitat for marine species.
