Aiguille Blanche de Peuterey, Mountain summit in Courmayeur, Italy.

The Aiguille Blanche de Peuterey rises to 4,112 meters above sea level, forming a prominent granite peak within the Mont Blanc massif of the Italian Alps.

The first successful ascent of the highest point, Pointe Güssfeldt, occurred on July 31, 1885, when Henry Seymour King reached the summit with three experienced mountain guides.

The mountain features three distinct summits named after mountaineers: Pointe Güssfeldt at 4,112 meters, Pointe Seymour King at 4,107 meters, and Pointe Jones at 4,104 meters.

Access to the mountain begins at Courmayeur, with regular bus services running through Val Veny to designated parking areas every 40 minutes during climbing season.

Recent glacial changes and rockfall events have modified the climbing routes, including a significant landslide in 1995 that altered access paths across the Brenva and Freney sides.
