Santa Maria di Lourdes, Minor basilica and parish church in Milan, Italy.
Santa Maria di Lourdes is a church with three naves in basilica style, topped by a central dome with frescoes. The interior also features an octagonal baptistery decorated with mosaics and a bell tower housing eight bells.
The church was built between 1897 and 1902 under architect Alfredo Campanini. It received its minor basilica designation in 1958 from Cardinal Montini.
The exterior features a grotto modeled after the sanctuary in Lourdes, reflecting devotion to Mary's apparitions. Visitors can experience this spiritual focus throughout the church space.
The church is located at Via Fratelli Induno 12 near the Monumental Cemetery. It remains open to visitors most days of the week and holds regular services.
The dome frescoes were created by painters Marco Martinengo and Ferdinando Compagnoni. The bell tower stands out for its distinctive truncated pyramidal covering that crowns the structure.
